Dr. Monica MinjeurWhen Dr. Monica Minjeur, DO, first attended a FACTS conference in Minneapolis, she walked into the room and felt an almost surreal sense of recognition.

“I was starstruck,” she recalled. “I had felt like an island practicing on my own. Suddenly, I realized I had found my people.”

Today, Dr. Minjeur is not only part of the restorative reproductive medicine (RRM) community — she’s helping shape its future. As the founder and CEO of Radiant Clinic, she leads a thriving women’s health practice specializing in the evaluation and treatment of infertility, endometriosis, PCOS, recurrent miscarriage, painful periods, PMS, and other gynecological conditions. As a board-certified family physician, she is passionate about restoring the lives of women and couples through compassionate and comprehensive care. This spring, we are delighted to welcome her as a keynote speaker at our 2026 annual conference: FACTS for Restoring Reproductive & Whole Body Health.

A Call to Practice Differently

Dr. Minjeur earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences before completing her family medicine residency at Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center in Michigan. It was during residency that she discovered NaProTechnology — and everything changed.

“At the time, NaPro was really the only medical management training available,” she said. “But it gave me the foundation I needed.”

In the fall of 2023, Dr. Minjeur participated in the first NeoFertility cohort through FACTS. Since then, she has completed additional advanced training in multiple fertility awareness-based method (FABM) modalities, including NeoFertility, Creighton/NaPro Technology, and FEMM. This rich, multidisciplinary background allows her to draw from a broad clinical toolkit and offer care tailored to each patient.

Radiant Care, Rooted in Community

In the summer of 2023, Dr. Minjeur opened Radiant Clinic, a practice focused entirely on restorative reproductive medicine.

“We see anyone with menstrual cycle issues, whether it’s fertility concerns, pregnancy, or other cycle irregularities,” she said.

She is the sole medical professional on site and is supported by a dedicated nurse, a lab technician, and a front-desk staff member who also serves as a charting instructor. The practice also collaborates with 13 independent contractors — FABM educators, health coaches, and hormone specialists — creating a vibrant, multidisciplinary care team.

“This model gives women a safe, collaborative space to heal and learn,” she says. “We are not just treating symptoms, we’re looking at the whole picture together.”

From PCOS to Pregnancy: Stories of Hope

Dr. Minjeur’s clinical results are deeply moving. One of her favorite stories involves a couple who had struggled with infertility for 16 years. The husband had a long history of male factor infertility and had been told their only hope was IVF, but no one had evaluated the wife.

Through a comprehensive RRM approach, Dr. Minjeur discovered several underlying issues in both partners, including thyroid dysfunction, luteal phase insufficiency, and insulin resistance.

“We threw the kitchen sink [of approaches] at them,” she said. “And they conceived. They’re now four months pregnant.”

Another common diagnosis in her practice is PCOS.

“Nearly every woman with PCOS is told, ‘Here’s birth control, here’s metformin. Come back when you want to get pregnant,’” she says. “That’s not enough.”

By helping women understand the type of PCOS they have, Dr. Minjeur crafts individualized treatment plans based on symptoms, cycle data, and patient goals.

“Empowering women to know what’s happening in their bodies — that changes lives.”

Educator, Advocate, Visionary

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Minjeur is committed to educating the next generation. About half her clinic days involve training nurse practitioner students and family medicine residents. She also regularly teaches students through the FACTS elective, leading case studies once or twice each month.

“Letting students witness this model firsthand helps them see what’s possible,” Dr. Minjeur said. “One student came in set on family medicine and left considering OB-GYN after her time with us.”

On April 10th, Dr. Minjeur will join us in educating hundreds of medical professionals at our conference in Peoria, Illinois, where she will give a presentation entitled, The Adrenal Axis in RRM: Bridging Stress Physiology and Fertility Restoration.

She also serves on the Board of Directors for the International Institute for Restorative Reproductive Medicine (IIRRM), where she is the U.S. Director of Communications and Development. In that role, Dr. Minjeur works closely with legislators, the media, and policy stakeholders to advocate for increased insurance coverage, expanded access, and broader awareness of RRM.

“We need to build a system that supports this kind of care because it works,” she said. “And people deserve to know it exists.”

Looking to the Horizon

Dr. Minjeur has big plans. She hopes to bring on another nurse practitioner soon and expand her clinic’s services to include menopausal care. Already licensed in 18 states, she is working to extend Radiant Clinic’s reach across the U.S., offering support to women who often have no local access to restorative care.

But more than anything, she wants to keep building connections, collaborations, and capacity.

“We’re planting seeds,” Dr. Minjeur said. “Whether through FACTS, through training, or through policy change, we are nurturing the future of reproductive health.”

And with leaders like Dr. Monica Minjeur at the helm, that future looks radiant.
