We are excited to launch the FACTS Fellowship in the summer of 2026!
The Fertility Integrative and Restorative Medical, or FIRM, Fellowship is an immersive educational and clinical experience designed to prepare family medicine or internal medicine physicians to provide Cooperative Hormonal and Reproductive Medicine, or CHARM, for all.

Our FIRMS Fellowship – the Fertility Integrative and Restorative Medical and Surgical Fellowship – will be open to Ob-Gyns and Surgeons who are interested in expanding their skills to restore reproductive anatomy, physiology, and function to empower patients to live healthier lives and equip couples to conceive naturally.
Our AF-FIRM Fellowship, our Adolescent Focused – Fertility Integrative and Restorative Medical fellowship, will be geared towards pediatricians and family physicians committed to caring for young people by educating them about the basics of body literacy and how charting biomarkers can serve as a vital sign of health.
CHARM, or Cooperative Hormonal and Reproductive Medicine, aims to address endocrine or reproductive dysfunction by working with the body, utilizing biomarker tracking with fertility awareness-based methods (FABMs) to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of the root causes of common health concerns.
