Throughout the year, FACTS hosts virtual and in-person conferences and events. Each is designed to further our mission of sharing the science supporting fertility awareness based methods (FABMs) with wider medical and general audiences.
Many events offer CME credit for medical professionals. In some cases, scholarships may be available for students. Discounts are also available for paid FACTS members who wish to attend.

The New Horizons in Holistic Women’s Healthcare conference delved into approaches to various women’s health issues with an eye towards expanding opportunities to serve diverse and underserved populations. Topics included: RRM protocols, nutrition & fertility, restorative surgery, ultrasounds, RRM vs. IVF, and reproductive life planning.

Our 2024 virtual conference presented diverse perspectives from leading experts in women’s healthcare on addressing women’s health concerns to restore the proper function of the reproductive system. Topics included dysmenorrhea, irregular cycles, infertility, and recurrent miscarriage. Dr. Thomas Bouchard was a featured presenter on Fem Tech and data privacy.

The FACTS 2024 conference, Authentic Women’s Health: Advancing Access Across the Lifespan , focused on approaches to women’s healthcare from adolescence through advanced age. Topics included holistic women’s healthcare, infertility in women and men, reproductive life planning (RLP), amenorrhea in adolescence, perimenopausal concerns, and options for expanding access to care.

The Continuum of Women’s Healthcare virtual conference presented topics aimed at helping medical professionals better understand and apply restorative options for reproductive health across the lifespan. Discussions touched on the importance of charting in adolescence, clinical applications of progesterone both in and outside of pregnancy, FemTech and how use of cycle tracking monitors help identify transitions throughout the reproductive lifespan, and the management of perimenopausal symptoms and ovarian aging. The impact of environmental exposures to transgenerational health was also covered.

Co-hosted by FACTS and the Institute of Restorative Reproductive Medicine of America (IRRMA), this conference focused on migraines and the menstrual cycle, updates on low-dose naltrexone (LDN) use, immunological considerations, the latest in FemTech, and RRM through an integrative medicine lens. Attendees participated in research breakout sessions that identified research gaps in RRM, as well as adding to their clinical toolboxes through presentations of case studies covering topics such as fertility, menstrual disorders, and endometritis.

Over the course of the summer, FACTS facilitated a series of four virtual conferences with two overarching themes: Family Planning and Medical Applications. Family Planning sessions focused on the ABC’s of restorative reproductive medicine, maximizing female preconception potential, miscarriage, and the microbiome and hormonal health. The second theme of Medical Applications included presentations on ovulation as a sign of health, women’s health and sleep disorders, the Luteal Phase, and irregular menstrual cycles. Breakout sessions delved deeper into these topics and included expert panels and discussions on the latest research.

Our 2021 virtual conference centered on the medical applications on FABMs, as well as fertility awareness and FemTech. Topics included innovative approaches to infertility, thyroid dysfunction, Dysmenorrhea, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, issues in adolescence, Hypothalamic Amenorrhea, and miscarriage or early pregnancy loss.

During this this virtual conference, physicians and medical experts from around the world discussed how charting and in-depth understanding of the female cycle can provide diagnostic tools to diagnose and treat women’s health issues and provide patients with expanded family planning options.
