Lana Parra is the Executive Director of Justisse College International, a secular educational nonprofit training and certifying Fertility Awareness Educators. Lana leads with a deep commitment to organizational governance, strategic growth, and reproductive health education. A 2022 graduate of Justisse College as a Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner (HRHP), Lana previously ran a private practice providing fertility awareness and full spectrum doula care, bringing client-facing insight to her advisory work.
With experience leading institutional operations and board development, Lana specializes in guiding organizations through critical stages of the non-profit lifecycle. She holds advanced training in non-profit lifecycles and board governance, paired with hands-on expertise in organizational structure and operational clarity. As a Fellow of the RADIUS Social Innovation Lab at Simon Fraser University (SFU), Lana applies a systems-thinking lens to strategic development, supporting organizations in scaling their impact sustainably while remaining anchored in their core mission.
